Payment Schedule

This Payment Schedule and Cancellation Policy Applies to New Customers and Current Customers transferring to DFC 2021.

To hold your room and to be fair to everyone that wants to go, PDT requires monthly or regularly scheduled payments. The dates below indicate required payment amounts due by that date. Failure to meet required payment due dates subject your reservation to cancellation. Cancellation fees will be applied.

FREE Automatic Monthly Payment Plan Available

If you do not sign up for a monthly payment plan, you must follow the following schedule.

 

Required Payment amounts and due dates:

1. NEW CUSTOMER Deposit Amount - See Below

2. By October 15, 2021 - 50% of total amount due (includes tours, spa, or other extras).

3. By February 15, 2022 - 75% of total amount due (includes tours, spa, or other extras).

4.  By August 28, 2022 - Final Payment due.

Break the cost of your vacation into 5 monthly payments!

1. Deposit is your first Month Payment (Non-Refundable).​

2. Each additional Month you make another payment. Those payments are also non-refundable.

3. Allows you flexibility to take advantage of this Awesome Vacation Opportunity

Cancellation Policy

​

The chart below outlines the fee schedule. Cancellation fees are PER PERSON.

Your cancel request, in writing (email, fax or postal mail accepted), happens:

Re-selling of rooms. Re-selling of rooms is not permitted without permission from Passages Deaf Travel. Name change fees may apply.

1. May 22, 2020 - February 15, 2022 - 50% of your total vacation cost Cancel Fee.

2. February 16, 2022  to August 28, 2022 - 75% of your total vacation cost Cancel Fee.

3. After August 29, 2022 - NO REFUND.
