Payment Schedule and Cancel Fees

Payment Schedule:

  1. Monthly Payment Plan must be set up to pay off your vacation.

  2. If not on a Payment Plan, Regular Payment Schedule must be maintained to follow the following due dates:

    • 30% of Cruise total due by February 28, 2026.​

    • 50% of Cruise total due by April 30, 2026

    • 75% of Cruise total due by August 31, 2026

    • Final Payment due January 3, 2027.

Cancel Fees (all rates EXCEPT LOCK IT IN):

  1. Cancel within 7 days of initial deposit- $75.00 per person cancel fee (PDT).

  2. Cancel after 7 days of initial deposit and April 30, 2026 - 25% of total cruise package cancel fee.

  3. Cancel Between May 1, 2026 and August 31, 2026 50% of total cruise package cancel fee.

  4. Cancel Between September 1, 2026 and January 3, 2027 75% of total cruise package cancel fee.

  5. Cancel after January 3, 2027. No Refunds of all money paid.

 

If PDT is able to re-sell your canceled room​, Canel fee will be waived and a $100.00 per person name changed will be charged.

Cruise rates are capacity controlled in U.S. dollars, per guest and based on double occupancy. Government taxes/fees are shown and included in total price. Air transportation is additional for all guests. Rates are available in limited quantity. Some restrictions (including stateroom category availability) apply. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Minimum of 40 Guests required to make sure interpreters are provided. If group does not make the minimum, we will contact you with new pricing and the option to cancel.
