Cancel and Payment Policy

Payment Schedule and Cancel Fees

Payment Schedule:

  1. Interior Rooms and Ocean View Rooms - $50.00 per person deposit when you sign up. Additional $200.00 deposit due by January 20, 2026 

  2. Ocean View Veranda Rooms - $250.00 per person when you sign up.

  3. Final Payment Due April 20, 2026.

Cancel Fees - Refundable Deposit Program:

  1. Cancel between sign up and April 20, 2026 - $25.00 per person cancel fee.

  2. Cancel Between April 26 and May 10, 2026 - 25% of cruise fare Royal Caribbean cancel fee plus $50.00 PDT cancel fee per person cancel fee per person.

  3. Cancel Between May 11 and May 24, 2026- 50% of cruise fare Royal Caribbean cancel fee plus $50.00 PDT cancel fee per person.

  4. Cancel Between May 25 and June 23, 2026 - 75% of cruise fare Royal Caribbean cancel fee plus $50.00 PDT cancel fee per person.

  5. Cancel Between June 24 to July 24, 2026 - 100% of cruise fare Royal Caribbean cancel fee plus $50.00 PDT cancel fee per person.

Cancel Fees: Non-Refundable Deposit Program:

  1. Cancel between sign up and April 25, 2026 - $250.00 per person cancel fee. $100.00 fee and $150.00 applied to future vacation.

  2. Cancel Between April 26 and May 10, 2026 - 25% of cruise fare Royal Caribbean cancel fee plus $50.00 PDT cancel fee per person cancel fee per person.

  3. Cancel Between May 11 and May 24, 2026- 50% of cruise fare Royal Caribbean cancel fee plus $50.00 PDT cancel fee per person.

  4. Cancel Between May 25 and June 23, 2026 - 75% of cruise fare Royal Caribbean cancel fee plus $50.00 PDT cancel fee per person.

  5. Cancel Between June 24 to July 24, 2026 - 100% of cruise fare Royal Caribbean cancel fee plus $50.00 PDT cancel fee per person.
