Payment Schedule and Cancel Fees

Payment Schedule:

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT PROGRAM

  1. $450.00 per person deposit when you sign up.  

  2. Final Payment Due May 20, 2025.

GROUP REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT PROGRAM

  1. $50.00 per person deposit when you sign up.

  2. Additional $400.00 per person deposit due by September 20, 2024

  3. Final Payment Due April 20, 2025.

Cancel Fees (Group Deposit Program):

  1. Cancel between sign up and April 20, 2025 - $25.00 per person cancel fee.

  2. Cancel Between April 21 and June 30, 2025- 25% of cruise fare Royal Caribbean cancel fee plus $50.00 PDT cancel fee per person.

  3. Cancel Between July 1 and July 20, 2025- 50% of cruise fare Royal Caribbean cancel fee plus $50.00 PDT cancel fee per person.

  4. Cancel Between July 21 and August 5, 2025 - 75% of cruise fare Royal Caribbean cancel fee plus $50.00 PDT cancel fee per person.

  5. Cancel Between August 6 and August 29, 2025 - 100% of cruise fare Royal Caribbean cancel fee plus $50.00 PDT cancel fee per person.

Cancel Fees (Non Refundable Deposit Program):

  1. Cancel between sign up and April 20, 2025 - $450.00 per person cancel fee. Change to ship and sail date allowed one time with a $100.00 per person change fee. Remaining amount of money on account will transfer to new sailing.

  2. Cancel Between April 21 and June 30, 2025- 25% of cruise fare Royal Caribbean cancel fee plus $50.00 PDT cancel fee per person.

  3. Cancel Between July 1 and July 20, 2025- 50% of cruise fare Royal Caribbean cancel fee plus $50.00 PDT cancel fee per person.

  4. Cancel Between July 21 and August 5, 2025 - 75% of cruise fare Royal Caribbean cancel fee plus $50.00 PDT cancel fee per person.

  5. Cancel Between August 6 and August 29, 2025 - 100% of cruise fare Royal Caribbean cancel fee plus $50.00 PDT cancel fee per person.

Cruise rates are capacity controlled in U.S. dollars, per guest and based on double occupancy. Government taxes/fees are shown and included in total price. Air transportation is additional for all guests. Rates are available in limited quantity. Some restrictions (including stateroom category availability) apply. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Royal Caribbean reserves the right to re-instate the fuel supplement for all guests at up to $9 per person per day if the NYMEX oil price exceeds $70.00 per barrel.
