Reservation Information

one reservation per restaurant per room please:

So everyone has the opportunity to experience all included restaurants, please only make one reservation in each restaurant. After all have a chance to reserve, we will announce availability for a second reservation. 

dress code for restaurants

  1. Aqua (Italian) and Mole (Mexican): Open Air (outside) Restaurants:

    • DRESS CODE: RESORT CASUAL: T-SHIRTS, POLO SHIRTS WITH OR WITHOUT COLLAR, SHORTS, JEANS, SANDALS, DRESSES, SKIRTS​.

  2. The Grill (Steakhouse), Fuego (Latin Fusion), and Vento (Mediterranean): Indoor Restaurants:

    • DRESS CODE: UPSCALE CASUAL: SHIRT, T-SHIRT OR POLO SHIRT WITH SHORT OR LONG SLEEVES, LONG TROUSERS OR SHORTS, DRESSES, SKIRTS OR SIMILAR CLOTHING / BEACHWEAR AND FLIP FLOPS NOT ALLOWED.

  3. Bana (Japanese): ​Indoor Restaurant

    • DRESS CODE: RESORT CASUAL: T-SHIRTS, POLO SHIRTS WITH OR WITHOUT COLLAR, SHORTS, JEANS, SANDALS, DRESSES, SKIRTS​​.

  4. The Winery (Order from the Grill, Mole or Aqua, Wine Purchase Required):​ Indoor Restaurant

    • DRESS CODE: UPSCALE CASUAL: SHIRT, T-SHIRT OR POLO SHIRT WITH SHORT OR LONG SLEEVES, LONG TROUSERS OR SHORTS, DRESSES, SKIRTS OR SIMILAR CLOTHING / BEACHWEAR AND FLIP FLOPS NOT ALLOWED.

singles and small parties (2-3 people)​

  1. In some restaurants due to limited number of tables for 2 or 3, you maybe sat with other PDT guests. We will do our best to honor requests where the table sizes permit.

DISCLAIMER: Reservations are limited to the times listed on reservation page. Limited seats in all restaurants. So all have a chance to reserve and experience, please only make one reservation per restaurant per guest. Restaurants have limited operating times, so please enjoy one of the public bars or spaces to continue conversations after your meal is complete. Walk up reservations may be available, but will be on a first come, first served basis.
