Your day unfolds by wandering through Mykonos Chora towards the oldest bakery on the island, stopping to munch on a traditional pasty. You’ll then be whisked away to the organic vineyard Vioma. Here the owner will share with you his passion for wine (with three to taste with light mezes) by going over the production process of local grape varietals used to cultivate a number of dynamic blends on the grounds where it happens.
