To hold your room and to be fair to everyone that wants to go, PDT requires monthly or regularly scheduled payments. The dates below indicate required payment amounts due by that date. Failure to meet required payment due dates subject your reservation to cancellation. Cancellation fees will be applied.

Required Payment amounts and due dates:
1. Deposit Amount - $75.00 per person.
2. By October 20, 2020 - $300.00 per person.
3. By June 20, 2021 - $600.00 per person.
4. By September 20, 2021 - 50% of total amount due (includes tours, spa, or other extras).
5. By December 20, 2021 - 75% of total amount due (includes tours, spa, or other extras).
6. By April 20, 2022 - Final Payment due.
The chart below outlines the fee schedule. Cancellation fees are PER PERSON.
Your cancel request, in writing (email, fax or postal mail accepted), happens:
1. Day you Sign Up to October 19, 2020 - $75.00 Cancel Fee.
2. October 20, 2020 to June 19, 2021 - $300.00 Cancel Fee.
3. June 20, 2021 to September 19, 2021 - $600.00 Cancel Fee.
4. September 20, 2021 to December 19, 2021 - 50% of your total vacation cost Cancel Fee.
5. December 20, 2021 to April 19, 2022 - 75% of your total vacation cost Cancel Fee.
6. After April 20, 2022 - NO REFUND.
Re-selling of rooms. Re-selling of rooms is not permitted without permission from Passages Deaf Travel. Name change fees may apply.
